• Two annual inspections of your heating and cooling systems
• Cooling season inspection includes: Outdoor coil cleaning, refrigerant pressure check, electrical components check, motors inspection for indoor and outdoor units, ductwork inspection, thermostat inspection, and drain line clearing.
• Heating season inspection includes: Flame sensor cleaning, inspection of furnace safety components, refrigerant pressure check (for heat pumps), blower motor starter test, gas valve and gas pressure inspection, ductwork inspection, and thermostat inspection.
